About The Position

ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic located in Bellevue, Washington, dedicated to providing the best hope and future for children and families affected by autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. Serving individuals from birth to 13 years of age, our team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and Mental Health Therapists. We have served over 2,200 families without waitlists and are committed to professionalism, growth, and fun. We are seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to join our team. No prior experience is required as we provide all necessary training. This position is ideal for individuals who love working with children, seek a rewarding career, and want to make a difference.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fields such as Paraeducator, Child Care, Teacher, Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Care Worker, Education Assistant, Nanny, Camp Counselor, Tutor, Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders.
• Provide behavior support to a student in a school setting as part of a school team.
• Collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support the client.
