About The Position

HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for a School-Based Behavior Technician in Charleston, SC! This is a Full-Time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completed high school/national equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in a school setting
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
