About The Position

Requirements
- High School Diploma + one of the following: At least one completed college course OR Currently enrolled in college OR Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license & insurance
- Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Be part of a team that loves the climb—showing up each day to support meaningful progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors
