About The Position

Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to join a team of dedicated behavioral professionals? If so, join Devereux as a BCBA Consultant for schools in Maryland! This is a 10-month position with the option to work Extended School Year (ESY) in the summer. The role involves providing behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, training and supporting school staff on behavior strategies, and collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) is a comprehensive initiative made up of five specialized divisions: the Center for Effective Schools, the Center for Resilient Children, Direct Care Training Resources, the Center for Autism Educational Services, and the Center for Mental Health Services. These divisions provide in-person and virtual services designed to improve academic, behavioral, and emotional outcomes across educational settings.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
