About The Position

Devereux is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a BCBA Consultant for schools in Delaware, specifically in New Castle County. This is a 10-month position with school-based hours, offering the option to work Extended School Year (ESY) in the summer. The role involves providing behavioral support to students with autism, intellectual disabilities, and developmental disabilities, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, training school staff on behavior strategies, and collaborating with educators and multidisciplinary teams. Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) is a comprehensive initiative comprising five specialized divisions aimed at improving academic, behavioral, and emotional outcomes in educational settings.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Experience working in school-based settings preferred
