About The Position

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Southern Hills is hiring a School Age Teacher to supervise and engage school-age children before and after school in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. The position may be part-time or full-time with an extended break, and the employer ideally wants someone to work both shifts. Morning hours are 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.; afternoon hours are 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. On LPS non-school days, shifts are 9 or 10 hours with a one-hour break. The role may suit students, parents, or others seeking work/life balance.

The teacher plans and leads age-appropriate activities and games, helps children with homework, supports social-emotional development, and communicates with parents and school staff as needed. The teacher must also be willing to take on other assignments and tasks given by the management team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive the employer's vehicles.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Experience working with children; school-age experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing standards.
• Flexible, dependable, organized, energetic, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
