About The Position

Foundations Early Learning Center is hiring a School Age Teacher at its Anderson, South Carolina location. The role supports children’s learning and development in a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment. Foundations uses hands-on, STEAM-focused learning and the Creative Curriculum. Teachers also use the company app to communicate with families and build relationships with them.

Foundations serves children from 6 weeks to 12 years through infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, school-age, and summer camp programs. The company’s mission is to enrich children’s lives through meaningful, innovative early learning experiences, and its vision is to empower children to realize their full potential. The position pays $14–$16 per hour, with pay determined by education and experience; pay may increase with continued education, performance, and years of service.

Requirements

• Passion for working with young children.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in licensed childcare.
• Ability to pass background checks and health assessments.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
