About The Position

Excel Creative Early Learning, part of Early Learning Academies (ELA), is hiring a part-time School Age Driver/Group Lead Teacher. The role supports a welcoming, caring environment for children and families and combines driving duties with work with school-age children. The schedule is 2 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional hours during school breaks and throughout the summer. The pay range is $12 to $14.50 per hour, based on experience and education.

Team members have access to paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to develop their skills and pursue advancement. Benefits are subject to eligibility and plan terms.

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have a current driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Have completed the Basic School Age Care (BSAC) course or be willing to pursue the certification.
