School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor – Before & After School
About The Position
Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at our Netherwood Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves ensuring program quality, managing staffing, maintaining compliance, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate loves working with children, brings energy and patience, encourages curiosity, creativity, and confidence, works well with teammates, and communicates effectively with families. Reliability, organization, and a commitment to exceptional care are essential. This position is well-suited for parents seeking a schedule that aligns with the school day, education majors or future teachers looking for hands-on experience, or retirees who enjoy mentoring children.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Ensure program quality where children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed every day with prepared and supported teachers.
- Ensure the site operates in ratio at all times, with accurate and current records, and is ready for inspection.
- Ensure the site is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials, with timely restocking.
