About The Position

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our Before and After School Program at our East Coldenham Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is part-time, non-exempt, and follows the school calendar. The morning program runs from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and the afternoon program runs from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate loves working with children, brings energy, kindness, and patience, and enjoys encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. They should also work well with teammates and communicate effectively with families, demonstrating reliability, organization, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day.
• Ensure the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model.
• Ensure the site is fully staffed every day.
• Ensure teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids.
• Ensure the site operates in ratio at all times.
• Ensure records are accurate and current.
• Ensure the program is ready for inspection on any given day.
• Ensure the site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need.
• Ensure restocking happens before it becomes a problem.
