Scholarship and Financial Support Officer
About The Position
This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) role at Level 5, with a salary range of $81,999 to $89,521 per annum plus 17% superannuation. The position is available in Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie, or Wagga Wagga. As the Scholarship and Financial Support Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of scholarships and grants, providing financial support services to current and prospective students. You will also play a key role in enhancing recruitment, conversion, and retention rates through the administration of equity, merit-based, and philanthropic scholarships.
Requirements
- High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to solve complex matters.
- A service-focused mindset with proven customer support experience.
- Team focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- High level of literacy and attention to detail in financial data management.
- A “Working with Children Check”, in accordance with the Commission for Children and Young People Act (NSW).
