About The Position

Program scheduling is critical to keeping our customer delivery within specified timelines and budget ary constraints. The answer is a scheduling spe cia list like you who will build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules ( IMSs ) facilitating the achievement of quality products and performance at minimal risk to the overall program. As Scheduling Spe cia list on our team, you’ll use your experience to lead customer support teams to develop IMSs and monitor execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. You’ll perform schedule and cost risk analysis to determine a probabilistic schedule and cost at project completion. You’ll work with other team members to manage and support multiple projects and program schedules to effectively communicate to all levels within the portfolio, from project teams to upper management. You’ll interface with the client and vendors on scheduling issues relevant to the assigned program and prepare and present briefings on schedule status and health to varying levels of management. You’ll conduct schedule resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and the establishment of project management processes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis using MS Project or SmartSheet
  • Experience with risk management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and controlling and monitoring
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to design and implement a Schedule Management Plan (SMP)
  • Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations
  • Ability to track, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience consulting for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
  • Experience performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments
  • Experience leading teams performing assessments of schedules and other project control data and communicating priority findings to clients
  • Possession of excellent organizational, task, and time management skills
