About The Position

The Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for scheduling roughs and trims, as well as rescheduling for undergrounds and tugs. This role involves utilizing Computer Ease and Supply Pro to manage schedules, communicate with builders, and maintain a master schedule. The specialist will also schedule various types of inspections, process failed inspection fees, and track inspection results. Additionally, they will contact counties to resolve scheduling issues and access builder websites to check job site progress. The position requires flexibility to cover other locations as needed and perform other related duties.

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
  • Must be able to learn Computer Ease and other software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have time management skills and multitasking skills.
  • Be able to stay focused on tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Must be a team player and willingness to learn new procedures.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of Customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 4 years of scheduling experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of Data Entry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules all Rough and Trims in Computer ease to send out.
  • Rescheduling of Tugs and Undergrounds.
  • Access Supply Pro to schedule and communicate with Builders regarding roughs and trims.
  • Maintains Master schedule; revises and alerts appropriate department or client of schedule changes or delays.
  • Schedules inspections for Underslab, tugs, roughs, tug changeover/ Pre power (for some counties).
  • Pay failed inspections fees and print out failed inspections.
  • Keep track of failed or passed inspections on excel sheets for subdivisions on inspection log on shared drive.
  • Contact county for any issues which prevent scheduling inspections(ex. Linking the master Notice if Commencement from the building permit to the electrical permit.)
  • Access multiple builder websites to check on job sites.
  • Must be willing to cover other locations when a team member is out.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
