About The Position

The successful delivery of hyperscale data centers and mission-critical infrastructure depends on exceptional planning, coordination, and execution. From initial project pursuits through commissioning and turnover, effective schedule management provides the roadmap that aligns construction operations, procurement, engineering, subcontractors, and clients around a common plan for success. At Michels Infrastructure Solutions (MIS), we deliver some of North America's largest and most complex mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects. As the general contracting and EPC delivery arm of Michels, MIS leverages the self-perform capabilities of the Michels Family of Companies to execute every phase of construction, from site development and utilities through power infrastructure, commissioning, and project closeout. Our teams support leading technology companies and developers by delivering the critical infrastructure required to power cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital connectivity. Known for tackling challenging scopes, aggressive schedules, and complex project environments, MIS combines the resources of a national EPC contractor with the accountability, agility, and hands-on leadership needed to successfully deliver world-class mission-critical facilities. As a Scheduling Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for project scheduling efforts across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining scheduling standards while managing scheduling resources and partnering with project teams to ensure successful project planning and execution. You will help establish project execution strategies, evaluate schedule risks and opportunities, support project pursuits, and provide visibility into project performance and forecasted outcomes. Success requires strong leadership capabilities, advanced scheduling expertise, a deep understanding of construction operations, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders around achievable project objectives.
