About The Position

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Technical communication abilities will enhance the efficiency of electronic medical records (EMR) management and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Excellence in customer relations and diplomacy is necessary for providing top-notch customer service while managing caregiver scheduling and client coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential for handling administrative tasks.
• Solid organizational and planning skills that support project management.
• Professionalism, strong reading and typing skills, and the ability to manage their time effectively to meet the demands of this fast-paced environment.
