About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer service-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team in Hamburg, PA. This full-time, in-office role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for our employees and supervisors, helping ensure shifts are covered, questions are answered, and scheduling needs are handled professionally and efficiently. Requirements

  • A positive attitude and strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
  • Comfortable multitasking and handling frequent phone calls, emails, and schedule updates
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google applications, and Outlook
  • Ability to work on-site in our Hamburg, PA office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, call center, administrative support, or workforce coordination preferred

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and courteously with employees, supervisors, and management throughout the day
  • Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple client locations
  • Respond quickly and calmly to call-offs, shift changes, and urgent staffing needs
  • Help employees find coverage and resolve scheduling conflicts with a customer service mindset
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records using company software and databases
  • Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace to manage daily communication and scheduling tasks
  • Work closely with management and Recruiting to support staffing and operational needs
  • Handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and confidentiality
