About The Position

Visiting Angels Glendora is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! As Scheduling Coordinator, you will partner with our team to manage care schedules and provide exceptional support to our clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, has patience, can work under pressure with the ability to multi-task, and is passionate about supporting the elderly community. For nearly 25 years, Visiting Angels - Glendora has been dedicated to providing quality senior home care to the elderly in the East San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys. Our compassionate caregivers assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Requirements

Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently after training
Team player passionate about providing excellent care for the elderly
Minimum of two years of recent office experience
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Strong technology skills
Experience managing heavy phone call volumes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Answering and acting upon incoming phone calls from clients, potential clients, and caregivers
Efficiently and thoroughly documenting schedule changes and communication from clients and caregivers
Managing caregiver schedules to optimize client care and utilization
Partnering with Care Managers to maximize client satisfaction
Participating in after-hours on-call rotation
Assisting with general office duties
Additional responsibilities may include caregiver recruiting, hiring, and human resource compliance based on interests and skills
