Requirements

Experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
NJ Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain one)
Comfortable working around dogs and other household pets
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
Physical ability to perform inspections in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial pest control inspections and treatments
Identify and treat infestations including termites, rodents, insects, and other common pests
Apply pesticides, baits, and other pest management solutions safely and effectively
Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
Navigate pet-friendly environments comfortably, including homes with dogs
Uphold safety standards and follow all state and company regulations for chemical application
