About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring an EMG Scheduling and Physician Relations Lead for its Clinical Operations team. The role oversees EMG Central Scheduling Specialists and supports EMG studies while coordinating regional marketing and physician relationship efforts. It drives patient access and diagnostic revenue by converting EMG referrals into scheduled evaluations through accurate, responsive, patient-centered scheduling. Responsibilities include prompt professional communication, supporting diagnostic operations, managing intake, verifying insurance alignment, and coordinating scheduling logistics across multiple systems and clinic locations. The position also supports regional marketing and physician outreach, team training, and improvements to access and service.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in medical scheduling or patient intake.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems, such as Prompt.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a scheduling or operations team in healthcare.
• Strong communication and physician-facing skills.
• Comfort with multi-state coordination and process improvement workflows.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be cleared on State and Federal Exclusion Lists and have no negative notes on NPDB.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with EMG, neurology, or therapy scheduling.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and multi-location healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
