Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to be flexible – you can easily shift priorities and manage your time effectively.
  • Diplomatic – you take care to weigh outcomes, think about your response, manage realistic expectation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence the development of broad company strategies.
  • Input the doctor’s prescription details, patient information and due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.
  • Assist and support the department ensuring accuracy in LabTrac and checking the accuracy of the Dentists Rx.
  • Assist in keeping the department organized and flagging any late cases.
  • Ensure compliance of all client requests and lab procedure authorizations, quality job standards, quality product standards and company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare work to be shipped out after QC process; pack and wrap all cases that will be outsourced and are ready for shipping.
  • Make non-technical phone calls to the dentist’s offices to retrieve missing information from Rx.
  • Process and input patient due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.
