The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that the schedules produced are achievable, efficient, utilize the full range of technological tools to assist in their production, and are in accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures. This role involves daily communication and interaction with staff and reporting to the Operations Manager and other managers assigned to the paratransit program, particularly the Customer Service Call Center. The Scheduler is also responsible for ensuring that the service provided is in accordance with the Client’s policies and procedures, and that system parameters are safeguarded from any unauthorized changes. A key aspect of this role is critically analyzing daily schedules to improve on-time performance and productivity. Other duties as assigned.
