Requirements

• Relevant degree with professional membership, or actively working towards continued professional development.
• Proven leadership of capital programmes, complex property or infrastructure projects, and diverse delivery teams.
• Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen, including senior stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced planning expertise, including Primavera P6, with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic planning delivery across portfolios, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
• Drive consistent planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring for projects and bids.
• Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and long-term business strategy development.
• Live Mace values through collaboration, innovation, accountability, and sustainable leadership.
