Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting construction scheduling on large capital projects.
  • Data centers experience is a must for the WI role and Life Science is a must for the CT role.
  • Experience working directly for a GC.
  • Experience building 20,000 activity schedule activities from the ground up.
  • Proficient with scheduling software including Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Familiarity with scheduling best practices and KPI reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in an active construction environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience training or onboarding team members in scheduling software and best practices.
  • Experience supporting long-duration capital programs with multi-year delivery timelines.
  • Dashboard reporting capabilities
  • Experience working on large-scale projects ($300–400M+ in value) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project- and program-level schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project Online for large-scale capital projects.
  • Prepare schedules for complex data center and life science construction projects.
  • Provide hands-on scheduling support for live construction projects valued at $300–400M+, helping teams anticipate impacts and maintain momentum.
  • Review and analyze contractor baseline and monthly updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contract requirements.
  • Develop As-Built schedules using field data and project documentation to support claims resolution and project closeout.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal team members on scheduling tools and industry best practices.
  • Work full-time on-site as part of the project team, supporting long-duration programs extending through 2028.
