About The Position

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a business or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in scheduling or similar customer-facing work involving data and reports.
OR High school diploma with at least four (4) years of experience in scheduling or similar customer-facing work involving data and reports.
Ability to perform efficiently in urgent situations.
Proficient communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Capacity for independent thinking and working.
Technical proficiency with various systems.
Collaborates effectively and embraces team-driven goals.

Responsibilities

Perform business unit tasks, including reporting, action steps, identifying training needs, and creating standards.
Support urgent matters following unit procedures, such as handling escalations and monitoring volume.
Use systems to track work, process orders, review data, and adjust schedules as needed; some roles require detailed data analysis.
Communicate according to unit protocols with supervision, field operations, and support groups.
Plan and coordinate daily activities, manage assignments, facilitate meetings, and forecast short-term needs.
Perform other necessary duties as assigned.
