About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join its team at Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln, Illinois. The Scheduler performs scheduling services at assigned sites and supports clients and patients by helping manage medical records. This is typically a Monday–Friday position during regular business hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Professional phone manners.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• At least one year of experience working in an office setting answering phones and performing general clerical duties.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs preferred.

• Perform scheduling services at assigned site(s).
• Support clients and patients by aiding in the management of medical records.
