About The Position
We are now hiring a Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to join our team! We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we’re looking for a dedicated Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator to help ensure our nursing staff is effectively scheduled to deliver the best care to our residents. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice To Haves
- Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Ensure that adequate staffing is in place to provide high-quality care to our residents.
- Support the nursing team and ensure smooth operations within the facility.
