About The Position

Shark Coatings is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Home Improvement Sales Team Scheduler. This role is responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling Shark Coating Specialists for client in-home visits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage logistics effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency in both location and time for client appointments.

Requirements

1 year of Customer Service experience.
Client forward communication.
Strong phone etiquette and experience with multi-system usage.
Knowledge of GPS and the ability to navigate location information quickly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively gather estimate detail information.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle varying schedules efficiently.
Ability to operate social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
Ability to commute to Jacksonville, FL 32218.
Ability to relocate to Jacksonville, FL 32218 before starting work.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule Shark Coating Specialists for client in-home visits in varied locations.
Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure maximum location and time efficiency.
Utilize maps management systems.
Schedule Shark Coating Specialists and provide necessary information for the visit.
Manage schedule availability to ensure proper location scheduling is followed.
