Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 1 year of home care scheduling experience required
• Home care experience required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• Previous CNA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are consistently and appropriately staffed
• Communicate with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and maintain accurate availability records
• Monitor daily schedules, proactively resolving call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps with timely replacements
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling needs, supporting both clients and caregivers with prompt, professional communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while providing on-call support for after-hours staffing needs and urgent coverage gaps
