About The Position

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining production schedules that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time manufacturing performance. By partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, this role ensures accurate schedule execution, supports capacity planning efforts, and helps identify and resolve constraints that could impact manufacturing objectives. This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL offices and does not offer remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Co-op and internship experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Industrial Engineering is a bonus!
• Experience with ERP System is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update Production Schedules in INFOR.
• Update associated tracking tools for assigned production departments.
• Provide support to the Production Planners.
• Prepare and distribute fabrication packages upon release from engineering and deliver to Mechanical Supervisors for execution per manufacturing schedules as assigned.
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports if required by the Manufacturing Manager.
• Interface with production supervisors to determine necessary actions to maintain schedules.
• Revise and reschedule orders to compensate for expedited orders, material shortages, and customer cancellations at the direction of the Scheduler or Manufacturing Manager.
• Prepare daily line efficiency reports for the Production Department and tracks the status of production daily.
• Adhere to established safety guidelines.
• Adheres to scheduling policies, processes and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.
