About The Position

Join our medical group as a Scheduler in the Tulsa, OK area. Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma. The Scheduler is responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service activities. Specific duties may include patient registration and procedure scheduling. This individual should possess excellent customer service skills, along with strong computer knowledge, and an understanding of insurance and medical terminology. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer knowledge
• Understanding of insurance and medical terminology
• Adherence to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance

Nice To Haves
