About The Position

Home Care Providers is seeking a Scheduler to manage visits for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and other clinical staff using the scheduling platform, Paseva. The company has been providing compassionate, around-the-clock home healthcare for over 30 years, helping patients maintain independence and dignity. This is a full-time, office-based position in Indianapolis, IN, with a starting pay of $23/hourly.

Requirements

LPN License Required
2+ years of scheduling in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)
2+ years of experience in a medical office
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
Advanced computer skills
Ability to work 8 AM – 5 PM from Indianapolis office

Responsibilities

Schedule visits for newly referred patients and assign appropriate clinical staff.
Coordinate staff schedules, PTO, call-offs, and special visit requests.
Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and specific needs.
Track and maintain SOC spreadsheets and weekly reports.
Assist Clinical Directors with staff evaluations and onboarding.
Document and report field staff incidents/complaints.
Enter communications in Call Log and provide related reports.
Support Case Managers with LPN/LVN, PTA, COTA, and aide supervisory visits.
Handle office tasks: scanning, filing, emailing, medical records management.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.
