About The Position

To coordinate the workload for manufacturing, with the Sales/Estimating, Inventory Control, and Purchasing teams, to enable them to productively produce orders and MOs on time.

  • High school diploma or a general education degree (GED); or One to three months related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the workload for the factory.
  • Process orders 2-3 times per day.
  • Print production schedules for the factory as need daily and weekly.
  • Give Inside Sales delivery guidelines daily and special delivery as needed.
  • Run backlog report and hours scheduled report weekly to help monitor the workload.
  • Process change orders daily.
  • Run late orders report daily and oversee late order meetings two times a week.
  • Do order checks for inside sales as needed.
  • Review allocation summary and schedule allocation reports.
  • Coordinate work between the factory and office.
  • Continually participate in additional training related to the job.
  • Perform required preventative maintenance.
  • Assist in other departments as requested.
  • Use and understand various paperwork, including schedules, prints, & tech standards.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by practicing good housekeeping and organization in their work area
