The Scheduler is responsible for managing time and resources to set appointments for company electricians to complete work orders. This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure all jobs from builder portals are entered into the Company’s information systems accurately and timely, and that all builder requirements are communicated internally and planned for. The position demands a high level of organization to field builder, vendor, and customer requirements and requests, and integrate them with the Company’s and Company’s personnel’s availability and abilities. This role also provides general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing, retrieving information when needed, screening calls, managing appointments, and receiving and directing visitors. Additionally, the Scheduler will prepare reports on data collected from information systems, perform word processing, create spreadsheets, and dispatch and schedule customer calls for the site. The position requires excellent external customer service to customers, vendors, and builders, and excellent internal customer service and teamwork. The Scheduler must input and update information quickly and accurately into the computer and follow and adhere to all Company safety policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.
