About The Position

Join the NASA CPSS team at Glenn Research Center as a Scheduler supporting the Space Communications and Spectrum Management Office. This position is located in Cleveland, Ohio. CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler / Integrated Master Scheduler to provide comprehensive schedule development, analysis, and reporting support for NASA's Mission Support Center (MSC) projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the MSC Office Chief, Project Managers, resource analysts, and technical teams to ensure that schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.) desired.
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Prior NASA/aerospace experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials preferred.
  • Membership with PMI or the College of Performance Management (CPM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Resource Loaded Schedules (RLS) for multiple MSC projects.
  • Manage, integrate, and manipulate electronic schedule data from project managers into project master schedules.
  • Prepare and publish monthly reports, presentations, and schedule data extracts in standard formats.
  • Support MSC leadership in planning, formulation, and implementation of project schedules.
  • Establish schedule baselines and develop controlled milestones in alignment with project needs.
  • Ensure schedules comply with the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide and its best practices.
  • Conduct schedule risk assessments, including technical inputs and cost/schedule loading for confidence-level analyses.
  • Use RLS data to monitor project performance indicators such as schedule execution, growth, and slips.
  • Support budgeting efforts and assist with PPBE inputs through schedule analysis.
  • Ensure schedules meet Key Decision Point review criteria.
  • Review and support EVM reports (Cost Performance Reports) from partner centers and contractors.
  • Develop schedule summaries and status charts for monthly reviews, program reviews, PPBE cycles, and other executive forums.
  • Attend project meetings for all supported projects and perform additional schedule management duties required for mission success.
