About The Position
Saint Luke’s Sleep Lab in Kansas City is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. You will have the opportunity to provide customer service to patients, families, physicians, physician offices, the community, and internal departments throughout SLHS for assigned location. This position will be located at Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City. Shift Details: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
Requirements
- Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
- Diploma
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to work

- Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team

Responsibilities
- Scheduling tests, procedures, treatments and services with minimal support
- Problem solving concerns and issues
- Providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures
