Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare; or equivalent experience, and actively pursuing Bachelor's Degree
  • Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Registered Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT)
  • Registered Sleep Technologist (RST)
  • BLS/CPR
  • 4-5 years experience Professional Allied Health Sleep Medicine Experience
  • Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day functions of center, interacting professionally with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • For three or more cost centers, executes fiscal responsibilities, monitoring revenue, developing annual budget, monitoring spending to budget, and reconciling expenditures.
  • Develops policies, procedures, and oversight for the clinical development and continuing education of staff.
  • Screens, interviews, hires, and facilitates training, development, and retention of staff.
  • Evaluates staff performance and implements counseling/discipline as necessary.
  • The manager is responsible for maintaining the Accreditation of multiple sleep centers through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). This includes re-accreditation oversight every five years, as well as maintaining the required standards of excel.
