Rycon Construction is seeking a Scheduler for their Philadelphia office. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules from the pursuit phase through completion, planning project sequencing, durations, and milestones in coordination with project teams. The Scheduler will also be responsible for updating schedules to reflect actual progress, monitoring performance, analyzing delays, identifying risks, and leading the development of mitigation strategies and recovery plans. This position will support project teams with planning, forecasting, and progress tracking, prepare monthly schedule reports for leadership, maintain schedule-related logs, and provide scheduling guidance across multiple active projects. Continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and reporting standards is also expected.
