About The Position

This role will schedule service calls and route service technicians to fulfil customer orders and services, with the main focus to maintain the work schedules for field technicians and assure that all customer commitments are met. Ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner at the highest quality. Provide World Class customer service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience with customer service and able to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have knowledge of Google Suite. Ex. Google Docs, Drives, Gmail, Calendars
  • Able to learn and use multiple computer systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritize work with little direct supervision
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others
  • Strong work ethic, punctual and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in office: Monday to Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Dispatch or scheduling of field technicians experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to both customer and technician inquiries, both inbound and outbound.
  • Communicate directly with technicians to adjust assignments, add or remove locations, and reassign routes as needed.
  • Offer logistical support to technicians and maintain effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Confirm, schedule, and reschedule customer services.
  • Handle difficult customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring they are resolved and communicated accurately.
  • Regularly communicate with Operations Managers, Branch Managers, and the Regional Manager to share information and address technician concerns, aiding in informed decision-making.
  • Escalate significant business or technical issues to management and assist with communication across other departments.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with the service team, promoting positive interactions between service, technician, and office teams at all times.
