About The Position

The Scheduler will be responsible for performing take-off of quantities and activities from construction drawings or other documents for the creation of construction schedules. This role involves creating and maintaining construction schedules based on specific requirements from multiple departments, populating them with resource and cost information, and updating, maintaining, and revising monthly and weekly schedules and reports. The Scheduler will also compare and report on monthly schedules regarding changes, delays, or accelerations, and prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) for analyzing and implementing mitigation procedures. Additionally, the role includes identifying warnings and risks to the project, analyzing monthly schedules for dispute resolution, preparing baseline CPM Schedules, and supporting change order preparation related to time impacts and delays. The Scheduler will also review project plans, requirements, specifications, and all bid documents related to schedule and project controls, and compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids.

Requirements

  • Experience in performing take-off of quantities and activities from construction drawings or other documents for creation of construction schedule
  • Ability to create and maintain construction schedules based on specific requirements from multiple departments
  • Proficiency in populating schedules with resource and cost information
  • Experience in updating, maintaining, and revising monthly and weekly schedules and reports
  • Skill in comparing and reporting on monthly schedules regarding changes, delays, or accelerations
  • Experience in preparing TIAs (Time Impact Analysis) for analyzing and implementing mitigation procedures
  • Ability to identify warnings and risks to the project for mitigating their impact
  • Experience in analyzing monthly schedules and preparing reports for dispute resolution
  • Proficiency in preparing baseline CPM Schedules
  • Experience in supporting change order preparation regarding time impacts and delays
  • Ability to review project plans, requirements, and specifications
  • Understanding of all bid documents related to schedule and project controls
  • Skill in comparing and analyzing competitive subcontractor and supplier bids

  • Compare and analyze competitive subcontractor and supplier bids
