About The Position

NSF is a globally recognized organization for public health standards. We conduct testing, auditing, and certification, supported by accredited labs. Additionally, we provide top-tier consulting and training for brands and businesses. Currently, NSF is looking to add a Scheduler II Operations to its expanding team. In this vital role, you will oversee the scheduling and planning functions for the Food Production division. The ideal candidate must prioritize and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, along with having prior experience in performing various office administrative tasks that include scheduling, prioritization of calendars, and working in service-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in business administration or a related discipline, or suitable combination of education and experience
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines consistently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for quality measurements associated with audit services projects, including scheduling, coordinating, collecting auditor evaluations, resolving complaints, and periodically reporting results
  • Assist in business development activities by providing leads and potential sales opportunities for the Business Development group
  • Meet key performance indicators and turnaround times set by the department and Audit Schemes
  • Communicate customer expectations to auditors regarding availability and special needs, while optimizing audit visit scheduling to ensure cost efficiency in travel expenses and identifying resource needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and auditors to ensure necessary documentation (e.g., reports, print materials, assignments, scheduling, and certificates) is completed accurately and on time
  • Stay updated on technical, regulatory, and market changes relevant to the function and across the company
  • Implement and recommend ideas for continuous process improvement from both customer and business perspectives
  • Serves as primary point of contact for auditors concerning their schedules
  • Complete expense reports, timesheets and other administrative functions related to the job
