As a Scheduler, you will support and complete the full cycle of field coordination actions with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field by summer 2027
  • Are willing to be mobile / relocate frequently, for project assignments, based on needs of the business
  • Possess a current driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

  • Have a basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine planning and scheduling assignments that require the selection and application of basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight.
  • Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight.
  • Support supervision through the monitoring and updating of project schedules.
  • Assist site management to formulate mitigation plans to correct scheduling problems.
  • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • All other duties as assigned.
