About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Scheduler / Dispatcher with strong customer service skills to help keep our busy construction branch running smoothly. This is not a basic receptionist or data-entry position. We need someone who can take ownership of the schedule, think ahead, communicate clearly, and keep things moving when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned.

Requirements

• Stay calm, confident, and professional under pressure while communicating clearly and focusing on solutions
• Extremely organized and naturally pay attention to details
• Can manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed
• Work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy
• Comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and communicating schedule changes
• Notice problems before they become bigger problems
• Follow through—you don't need someone reminding you twice
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, construction, logistics, home services, or a similar operations role

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch installation crews
• Coordinate daily jobs, schedule changes, and customer needs
• Communicate with builders, field superintendents, customers, installers, sales, and managers
• Handle schedule conflicts professionally and confidently
• Make sure crews have accurate job information before they leave
• Pull job information and purchase orders from customer portals
• Create job tickets and maintain accurate information in our systems
• Track open issues and follow through until they’re resolved
• Help solve the inevitable scheduling puzzle when plans change
