About The Position

Danbury-based property management firm has a part-time position (approximately 22.5 hours per week M-F 8:00am – 12:30pm) available in their Maintenance & Repair Department.

Requirements

  • Computer experience
  • Able to use Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good email/telephonic customer service communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone & email)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in scheduling, property management, or maintenance coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with contractors and homeowners
  • Making appointments and following up on work
  • Producing reports and work orders
  • Reviewing insurance reports
