About The Position

Nevada Home Care is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team in our Henderson office. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Client/Staff schedules. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an office, managing employees, and being on call after hours remotely. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2 years of previous office management or staffing/scheduling experience
  • Superb communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Answering the staffing phone after hours and weekends for client schedule changes and staff call offs.
  • Onboarding new employees and clients. Create and maintain electronic and paper files.
  • Respond to staffing phone call/texts, filling open shifts with available staff, replacing staff call offs, and maintaining schedules. Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed including, preparing documents, updating client and staff files.
