About The Position

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented team-player to join a startup-like product innovation team in our Burlington, Vermont office. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing digital copies of documents. A key priority for Sakon is to enhance the consumer experience of our platform and better operationalize the activities occurring by administrative users and service providers of our platform.

Requirements

• Producing digital copies of documents.

Responsibilities

• Sort mail daily.
• Checks PO Boxes at the post office as needed.
• Scans and uploads documents electronically into the FTP server.
• Updates the scanning report daily.
• Email vendor teams when vendor files are complete and CC: Invoice Mgmt Supervisor.
• Maintains confidentiality of the files and ensures they are properly stored.
• Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules and project milestones.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, milestone schedules and weekly task lists.
• Communicate project progress to all stakeholders.
