Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software.
Ability to read, understand, and accurately process documents.

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative, document management, or scanning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare paper documents for scanning by removing staples, repairing damaged pages, and organizing files.
Scan Service and Parts documents using high-speed scanning equipment.
Review scanned images to ensure they are clear, complete, legible, and properly indexed.
Verify the accuracy of scanned documents prior to filing and archiving.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records in accordance with dealership procedures.
Prioritize daily scanning tasks to ensure documents are processed accurately and on schedule.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of company records.
Provide general administrative support and assist with additional duties as assigned.
