About The Position

Subaru of Portland, a dealership in the O'Brien Auto Group, is currently looking for a Scanner to join our team! Must be willing to work a flexible schedule allowing morning, evening, and weekend shifts. This position pays $19.00/hour. Requirements

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule allowing morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Required long periods (80-90% of workday) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building).
• Capable of walking extensively on concrete.
• Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Lifting 20 lbs or less and carrying 10 lbs or less on a frequent basis.
• Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.
• Employee will be trained by their supervisor on the safe handling/use of these substances.
• Employee will follow all safety directives at all times.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Miscellaneous office duties of converting physical documents into digital formats, ensuring high quality images and indexing files for electronic storing.
• Preparing documents (removing staples, sorting).
• Quality control and maintaining confidentiality.
• Answering digital calls through Subaru’s Starlink system.
• Miscellaneous office duties including but not limited to cleaning, organizing paperwork.
