About The Position

As a Scan Coordinator, you’ll champion price accuracy and tag integrity to help ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll audit prices, verify shelf tags against store systems, and work with department teams to resolve discrepancies. You’ll maintain signage and promotional accuracy, troubleshoot pricing issues, and support weekly ad execution. The role is suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable with technology, pays close attention to detail, and contributes to a community-focused team.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. The position involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without accommodation, while performing tagging and signage duties. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary by location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Requirements

• Experience or ability to verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies across departments.
• Comfort using store systems, scanning tools, and basic computer programs such as Excel, email, and store portals.
• Strong attention to detail when updating shelf tags, signage, and promotional materials.
• Ability to identify and resolve pricing issues independently and efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with department leads, store leadership, and vendors.
• Organizational skills for maintaining signage schedules, managing tag updates, and supporting weekly ad execution.
• Friendly, helpful customer-service orientation and commitment to a positive shopping experience.
