About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining product flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to perform tasks with limited supervision.
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching.
Work in a cold, damp environment or hot, humid environment and on slippery surfaces.
Dependable, work well with others, self-motivated.
1+ years work experience in the Harvest division.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
No more than 6 attendance points.
Must not have been suspended in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

Scaling cattle, sex count, inventory cattle, lot sheeting cattle, moving cattle from trucks to pens.
Clean up yards area.
Operating machinery and maintaining product flow.
Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
