About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a scale and bagger system and keeping accurate count of all materials used while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves assisting with clean-up and sanitation following USDA/Tyson guidelines, maintaining accurate weights, and assisting in the evaluation of product to ensure correct weights. All other duties assigned by the Supervisor will also be part of the responsibilities. The safety record of all qualified applicants will be reviewed, and all team members are expected to follow safe practices, including the use of personal protective equipment when required, and to follow all sanitary procedures and policies.

Requirements

6 months continuous work history in 2 years
Must complete an on-line job application in Workday
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

This facility accepts rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
